Old Fashioned Customer Service

It's alive and well in San Antonio at Virtuoso Builders! Since opening our doors, we have remained committed to delivering superior customer service from our first meeting until long after the remodeling project is completed. Twelve years later, we're humbled by the letters and kudos we receive from clients thanking us for our attention to detail and care for their home. This is what sets us apart. Below are a few examples of the "above and beyond" service our clients have come to equate with Virtuoso Builders:

  • Recently, VB Owner Mike Sowry was finishing up last minute details on a ranch home in Bandera. He noticed that a deer was caught in one of their fences. Mike freed the deer by cutting the wire on part of the fence (homeowner approved, of course).
  • During one project we had been working on in Alamo Heights, the homeowner had been in a car accident. Fortunately, she was okay but her car needed a lot of repair. On the day her car was ready she didn't have transportation to the dealership so we drove her there. 
  • Often times, our homeowners may leave town while we are working on their home. On many occasions, we have put the food out for their pets. We've made lots of furry friends.
