It is true. You get what you pay for.

Whether you are building a new home or remodeling, consider opting out of first going to an Architect to design your project and then bidding out your plans to a Builder. At Virtuoso, we suggest the Design/Build approach where we work as a team with our Architects from the beginning of the project to the very end. In our experience, you don't get apples to apples when you bid out a project. Shopping out your set of plans isn't smart because the plans do not articulate clearly enough what you are building. When you choose a team approach, the Architect and the Builder can listen and address lifestyle items and integrate them into the design. Also, the Builder is there to be sure that the fine tastes the Architect might include in the design does not conflict with the homeowner's overall budget.

Our goal is to make sure your project turns out well and that the process is enjoyable. We pay close attention to the satisfaction of our customers as we truly feel as though we are agents of beauty and order. The key to a successful partnership with our clients is through collaboration with our selected Architects or through one that our client's trust and all working together from the very first conversation. Bidding out your plans after the fact is, in essence, looking for the lowest bidder. That's not who we are.
